Yes we do.
Usually about a week & a half. If you need it sooner we can do it for an expedite fee.
Pricing depends on the metal, the width of the ring, whether it’s being sized up or down. If up-then also the number of sizes.
No – we offer trade in and possible consignment on many items.
For either of the above the items need to be checked in and evaluated for us to determine the best option as well and the values.
Consignment percentage is 50/50
Yes – we do Insurance Appraisals that will show replacement value. We have an independent, outside professional appraiser who comes in twice a month. Your items don’t leave Roper’s custody. She takes the information (not the jewelry) back to her office and mails the appraisal, including pictures, within 5-6 weeks of your appraisal appointment.
Yes – Estate Evaluations are used to determine Fair Market Values when settling an estate. Fair Market Values are usually about 40% less than retail values. Pricing is either individually $50 per item or $175 per hour if the items are checked in.
Yes we do! We can help you design the jewelry of your dreams, then we can make it a reality! Pricing depends on the level of complexity in the piece, as well as the metal and any stones used to complete the creation.
Not anymore. We recommend you seek a local, certified piercer.
Yes we do. The price is either $15 or $20 depending on the watch and the battery type. Replacement of watch battery does not guarantee function or water resistance. Battery life is not guaranteed.
