Yes. Roper’s Jewelers provides professional insurance appraisals that include detailed descriptions, photos, and replacement values. An independent certified appraiser visits our store twice a month. Your jewelry always stays in Roper’s care while she records the necessary details. The completed appraisal is mailed to you within 5–6 weeks of your appointment.
Yes, in-store pickup is available at our Downtown Auburn location. Simply choose “Local Pickup” during item checkout.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for jewelry and watches in original condition with all packaging and certificates. In-store purchases must be returned in-store, and online orders can be mailed or brought to any Roper’s location. View our full Return & Exchange Policy.
Yes. Roper’s provides complimentary cleaning and inspection for every piece of jewelry, whether you purchased it here or not. We recommend bringing your pieces in at least twice a year for a professional cleaning and checkup to maintain their beauty and condition.
